BAJO is an event series presented by PWZ in Atlanta, Georgia. This page is maintained by the BAJO team and explains how we handle information collected through bajoatl.com.

This site is a simple informational page for our events. We do not require an account and we do not ask you to submit personal details to browse it.

If you email us, we receive whatever you choose to include in that message. If you buy tickets, that purchase happens on our ticketing partner Posh (posh.vip), which collects your details under its own privacy policy.

Our hosting provider may log standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and reliability.

We use information only to respond to your messages, to operate and secure the site, and to share event updates you have asked for. We do not sell your information.

Ticketing is handled by Posh. Social links may take you to Instagram or TikTok. Once you leave this site, the privacy practices of those services apply.

We do not set advertising cookies on this site. Essential cookies may be used by our host to deliver the page.

We keep email correspondence only as long as needed to respond and keep records of our events. You can ask us to delete information you have sent us, or ask what we hold, by emailing hello@bajo.atl.

Our events are 21+ and this site is not directed to children.

We may update this policy as the event series grows. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
